No doubt about it, decaf gets a bad rap. But that's because most decaf doesn't even come close to our decaf.
Our Amritam decaf coffee (also known as the nectar of the Gods) is produced using the sugarcane decaffeination process.
Sugarcane decaffeination uses the naturally occurring compound ethyl acetate, or EA, to decaffeinate your coffee. EA is a natural bi-product of sugar cane, therefore processing doesn't sacrifice the beautiful flavour we would find in the equivalent caffeinated blend.
