Shipping & Delivery

How much does shipping cost?

We ship all orders via Australia Post unless otherwise stated.

Standard Shipping Fees within Australia

  • Orders under $70 have a flat fee of $11
  • Orders over $70 ship free

Express Shipping Fees within Australia

  • Orders Under $70 have a flat fee of $16
  • Orders over $70 have a flat fee of $12

All prices are in AUD. Shipping fees correct as at Jun 26th, 2024.

Note: We aren't able to offer free shipping on fragile items such as ceramic mugs and some brewing equipment.

You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order is processed.

I haven't received my order, what do I do?

Our shipping partners do an incredible job of getting our coffee to our customers, though we appreciate that errors can happen from time to time.  If your order hasn't arrived within 7 business days of the order being shipped, please get in touch here. We are serious about providing great customer service and would be happy to check in on the status of your order, and if need be resolve the situation as quickly as we can.

My order is damaged, what do I do?

If your order has been damaged in transit, please take some photos of the damage and send via email, along with your order number, to shop@rajahandkili.com.

Which payment types do you accept?

We accept most major payment methods including:

You’ll get confirmation of your order via email with the total dollar amount (including any applicable taxes and delivery cost).

Existing Orders

I need to change something.

We are happy to accommodate changes to your order wherever possible, as long as the order has not been processed. Send us your inquiry via email or our contact page. Please include your name, phone, and order number.

Refunds, Returns & Exchange

We take great care in ensuring the consistency and high quality of every batch of coffee we send to you. However, we want you to be over the moon about our products, so if you experience any issues with your coffee or if there are errors in your order, we ask that you reach out via email or our contact page within 7 days of receipt of your shipment so we can help resolve any issues you have.

Product Questions

How do I store my Rajah and Kili coffee?

Excellent question. Keeping your grounds or beans fresh will be the key to enjoying the most sublime cuppa all the way through to the end of the bag.

The most important variable here will be keeping your beans in an airtight vessel. If you don't have a storage container with an airtight lid, we recommend storing the coffee in the bag it was supplied in. We pack our coffee in bags that have a one way valve that allows carbon dioxide to escape without letting oxygen or moisture in, both of which can make your coffee go stale or bad more quickly.; if it's re-sealed properly at the top, it shouldn't let air in. 

It is also best to keep your coffee out of direct sunlight in a dry area and if you can, try to store it in an area that doesn't have too much temperature variation. The optimum storage temperature is somewhere between 20C to 25C.

Where do you source your beans?

We have a policy to only work with highly respected and experienced sourcing partners who have cultivated equitable, longterm relationships with the best coffee farms around the globe.

Is your coffee certified Fairtrade and organic?

We work with our partners to source Fairtrade beans wherever possible, though at this stage our range isn't 100% Fairtrade.

At this time our coffees aren't certified organic, however we are actively working on securing the best tasting coffee beans for your drinking pleasure.
