How do I join?

Joining is simple! You can become a member by signing up for free with your email address. When you make a purchase, you’re automatically part of the next tier of membership, with access to even more perks.

I already subscribed and/or bought some of your delicious coffee, am I part of the Cuppa Club?

Yes! Not only are you a member already if you've previously subscribed to our letters or made a purchase, you will already have accrued points under our old program. All you need to do is login to check.

How do I check my account and see my points?

You can access your account to check your points balance by logging in and finding your way to the Cuppa Club widget. Here's how:

Step One

Log in to your account by clicking on the person icon in the top right hand corner of the home page (desktop) or at the bottom of the side menu (mobile).

Note: If you are an existing subscriber or customer, our system automatically created a record for you when you first popped in your details. If you haven't yet created a customer account, you can simply enter the email you used and click 'forget password' to create an account and participate in Cuppa Club.

Step Two

Once logged into your account, you’ll find the Cuppa Club button on the bottom of the screen (look for the present icon). Click on it to open up the nifty widget that shows your current points balance, ways to earn, tells you about available rewards and exclusive offers, and houses your Tastemaker referral link.

If you have generated previous reward discount codes, you'll be able to see these under 'View Rewards'.

How do I earn points?

You can earn points in several ways:

• Purchases: Earn 5 points for every dollar spent on our website.
• Reviews: Earn 200 points for each verified product review.
• Subscriptions: Earn 300 bonus points for starting a monthly coffee subscription.
• Social Shares: Share us with your mates on Instagram and Facebook, or send out our website link and earn yourself 50 points for each.

Plus, anything else we dream up along the way (#memberonlyoffers); this is just the beginning.

How do I spend points?

200 points = $1

You can redeem your points for a variety of rewards, including discounts on future purchases, and exclusive merchandise.

To redeem points:

Step One

Step Two

Once logged into your account, you’ll find the Cuppa Club button on the bottom of the screen (look for the present icon).

Click on it to open up the nifty widget that shows your current points balance, ways to earn, tells you about available rewards and exclusive offers, and houses your Tastemaker referral link.

Click on the option that says How to Spend Points.

Here you’ll see all the rewards available to you. Click Redeem on the option you’d like to use, a discount code should appear for you to apply at checkout.

You can either copy and enter yourself, or click ‘apply’ for our system to take care of that for you. 

Note: 

• Minimum purchase amount to redeem points is $15. If your cart total will fall under $15 when discounts are applied (inclusive of shipping), you will not be able to use your Cuppa Club rewards points. Thank you for understanding.
• In some cases, you are only able to use one discount code per order.

Do points expire?

Generally, no. Your points will stay in your account as long as you're an active member, so you can accumulate them and redeem whenever you're ready.

Some offers may have specific expiration dates, set at our discretion. We'll always let you know which offers this applies to.

What is the free coffee draw?

Our monthly Cuppa Club draw is where Cuppa Club members have a chance to win a free bag of our coffee - just for being part of the club. We give away one single 500g bag of coffee each month (standard postage included).

Who can win the free coffee?

All Cuppa Club members have a rolling, automatic entry into our monthly prize draw. This includes both members who have joined for free, and those who have unlocked extra perks by making a purchase.

When is the raffle drawn?

The Cuppa Club raffle is drawn on the 22nd day of every month. Winners are announced on stories via our official Instagram page within 3 business days of the draw, and mentioned in our Weekly Letters. We will contact the winner directly via the email address provided to inform them of their excellent luck and confirm the next steps.

Please note we will never contact winners via social media, or ever request information about giveaways be sent via external link outside of our web store. We will only ever communicate with raffle winners via business (rajahandkili.com) email addresses.
