Shipping Within Australia

We aim to dispatch your order as quickly as possible. Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email, followed by a notification with tracking details once your order has shipped.

Delivery Timeframes

We ship via trusted carriers to ensure timely and reliable delivery. Estimated delivery times from the date of dispatch are:

  • Australia Post eParcel Standard: 2–6 business days (metro areas), 5–12 business days (regional areas)
  • Australia Post Express Post: 1–3 business days (metro areas)
  • Couriers Please: 2–7 business days (metro and regional)
  • Aramex (formerly Fastway): 2–7 business days (metro and regional)

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to factors outside our control (e.g., public holidays, peak periods, or carrier delays).

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your parcel online. If you do not receive tracking details, please check your spam folder or contact us at shop@rajahandkili.com.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and displayed before you complete your purchase. Occasionally, we may offer free shipping promotions—please check our website or subscribe to our newsletter for updates.

Authority to Leave

If you select "Authority to Leave" at checkout, your parcel will be left in a safe place at your delivery address. Please note, once your parcel has been delivered to the nominated address, responsibility for the parcel passes to you.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

Under Australian Consumer Law, Rajah and Kili bears the risk for goods until they are delivered to you.

If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible at shop@rajahandkili.com with your order number and details. We will work with the carrier to resolve any issues and, where appropriate, arrange for a replacement or refund in accordance with your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Delivery Address

Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. We cannot be responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect delivery information.

Delivery Restrictions

We do not ship to international addresses, parcel lockers, or PO boxes outside Australia. If you require special delivery arrangements, please contact us before placing your order.
