We have been lucky to secure a very limited selection of handmade coffee mugs by Melbourne based ceramics, sculpture, and textiles artist, Aimie Whiting (a serious coffee lover herself).

Care Instructions

We always recommend hand washing with a non-scratchy sponge for our handcrafted mugs. They are, after all, functional art pieces we want you to hand down to your kids. Hand washing will protect against accidental bumps and the harshness of some detergents on the glaze over time.

In saying that, if a well meaning guest pops them in the dishwasher to be helpful after enjoying a coffee with you at home, there's no need to panic as they're high-fired stoneware and are dishwasher safe.

Shipping

Your mug will ship with your coffee in secure packaging. Due to the fragile nature of handmade ceramics, free shipping is not available.

Shipping is quoted for Australia only. We aren't able to ship coffee internationally, though if you would like to purchase a mug separately please reach out for an international shipping quote.

Aimie Whiting is a New Zealand-born metal sculptor, ceramicist, and tapestry artist, based in Melbourne. Specialising in one-of-a-kind, functional art pieces, Aimie creates handmade works designed to elevate everyday living with beauty and artistry.

While she appreciates the allure of a picture-perfect, modern aesthetic filled with high-end products, Aimie embraces the reality that her focus is on the craft. Most days, she’s more “artist at work” than “polished and styled,” but her creations speak for themselves.

Choosing to prioritise her passion, Aimie dedicates her time to making unique homewares and sculptures for others to enjoy.
