Alright, you've got Prana Chai Original in the pantry next to your RK coffee beans, but you want another decaf option. We get it. The same rules apply here with the Prana Chai decaf blend though... around here, we don't say "chai tea" we call it chai, and this still isn't a teabag situation.
This Decaf Chai Blend is the same glorious, sticky chai as Original - black tea, honey, cinnamon, cardamom, star anise, clove, pepper and ginger, simmered on the stove with milk and strained into your cup. The caffeine's taken out using the CO2 method, which — best we can explain it — pulls the caffeine molecules out while leaving the flavour ones behind. We can tell you it tastes like the original, and we're finicky.
This is the one for after dinner. For the person in the house who can't do caffeine past 3pm but still wants the ten-minute ritual. For the night our Amritam decaf coffee isn't quite right, but you still want something warm in your hands before bed.
