Prana Chai Original Blend is the glorious, sticky kind — black tea, honey, cinnamon, cardamom, star anise, clove, pepper and ginger, simmered together on the stove with milk and strained into your cup. Takes about ten minutes. Worth every one of them.
Not too spicy, not too sweet, and the best bit? All real ingredients! Australian honey, nothing artificial. 250g makes around 15 cups, and once you've had it the correct way, the bag-and-hot-water version stops making sense.
