Bask in the sublime warmth of Suryam, our medium roast blend. This beauty balances bright, easy-drinking caramel sweetness with a light fruit acidity. It’s not often you find a coffee that will elevate your morning ritual, but this is one of them.
And an aside - we have an affection for Indian grown coffees. This is the first of many blends we will offer that so beautifully highlights the wonders of Indian coffee.

Here’s how we tailor the grind to your brewing style on the EK43:
Espresso (Setting 2)
Dreaming of a rich, velvety shot? This fine grind is your go-to for many home espresso machines. It's the perfect start to your day.
Moka Pot/Stovetop/Aeropress (Setting 4-5.5)
For those classic moka pots and stovetop brewers, this slightly coarser grind hits the sweet spot. Not getting the magic you hoped for? Try the espresso grind or chat with us – we’re here to help.
Pour Over, Filter (Setting 9.5)
Whether it’s a V60 or an American style filter brewer, this grind ensures a balanced, flavourful brew that will make you fall in love with your coffee all over again.
